Pixies, Kings and Magical Things includes four of Andersen's classic tales: The Swineherd; The Pixie and the Grocer; The Emperor's New Clothes; and The Ugly Duckling; adapted into short plays. Pixies, Kings and Magical Things: Four Tales by Hans Christian Andersen adapted by Ric Averill. Produced by special arrangement with The Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois. Performed for one weekend of performances only on February 18 & 19, 2011 at Hannah Community Center in East Lansing. Directors: Paul Bourne, Megan Buonodono, Sandi Sigworth & Chris VanZwoll. |
