For each of our mainstage productions we print a show program that lists all the performers and crew members involved in the show. We distribute 600-1,200 programs per production, which means that most families who see the show take a program home with them. You may advertise in the show program according to the following rates, per insertion:

The printed part of a program page (which is one-half of an 11.0" x 8.5" sheet) is 4.5" x 8.0" and includes a header and footer. So the space available for ads is approximate.

Prices for the 19th Season (2007-2008)

  two-page centerfold: 10.00" x 7.0" = $250.00

  full-page: 4.5" x 7.0" = $110.00

  half-page: 4.5" x 3.5" or 2.25" x 7.0" = $55.00

  quarter-page: 4.5" x 1.75" or 2.125" x 3.5" = $30.00

  business card: 3.5" x 2.0" (horizontal or vertical) = $25.00

  eighth-page: 2.25" x 0.875" or 1.125" x 1.75" = $15.00

Here's a two-sheet / four-page mockup program segment with several ads of various sizes from a recent program. (This is a 300k PDF file. Resolution of some images has been reduced to keep the file size down.)

"Camera ready" copy must be in our hands no later than two weeks before the opening date for the production. Digital artwork is preferred, on diskette, CD, or via email or web download. GIF, JPEG, PDF, PostScript and TIFF formats are all okay. We can take a design or logo and add text to your specification.

We can scan flat art up to 8.5" x 11.0" and will resize smaller to fit the dimensions given above. Line art is fine; a halftone screen will be used with photographs or greyscale art. Show programs are printed in black ink on a color of paper that changes with each production.

Payment is due with ad copy, cheque payable to All-of-us Express Children's Theatre; PayPal, below; or call about using a credit card. Four insertions (a full season) for the price of three, if paid for at the same time!
